How to Select the CMAT Test City?
When filling CMAT exam application form, candidates can select up to four cities where they want to take the CMAT exam. CMAT Registration is closed now. Check below how to select CMAT test cities:
- Register for CMAT 2026 on the official website
- Log on with registration ID and password to fill out the application form
- Fill in relevant details and move to the test city section
- Select four cities from the list in order of preference, from one to four
- Makea fee payment and submit the CMAT 2026 form
Important points to remember
- CMAT 2026 exam centre will be allotted to candidates as per the availability of seats
- The NTA can change or cancel an exam centre in case of an emergency
- The test city option can be changed at the time of form correction only
- Candidates cannot request a change of exam test city or centre afterwards
NTA, which is conductingthe CMAT Exam 2026, has clarified, “Candidates must select four cities of their choice while filling the Online Application Form of CMAT 2026. An effort will be made to allot the Centre of Examination to the candidates in order of the City Choice opted by them in their Application Form. However, due to logistic & administrative reasons, a different city in the nearby area may be allotted.”
How to Check Your CMAT Exam City?
CMAT Exam city can be checked in the Advance CMAT City Intimation Slip 2026 released by NTA. This Advance CMAT City Intimation Slip 2026 will be released before the release of the CMAT Admit card. National Testing Agency will upload the Advance Intimation Slip informing the candidates of the allotment of their respective CMAT 2026 Exam Centre on the CMAT official website exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT. Documents to Carry to CMAT Exam Centre
Candidates are advised to carry all the following documents to the CMAT exam centre.
- Candidates will need to carry a hard copy of the CMAT admit card.
- Take a printout of the confirmation email printout
- Any of the following photo ID proof:
– Aadhaar card/UID
– Pan card
– Passport
– Voter-ID card
CMAT Exam Centres Dos and Don’ts
Candidates will have to follow the CMAT 2026 Exam Day guidelines for a hassle-free experience at the exam centre. Check dos and don’ts to be followed below:
CMAT Exam Centre Dos
- Carry two copies of the CMAT 2026 admit card and an original copy of ID proof.
- Carry a blue/black ball-point pen to sign on the attendance sheet.
- Reach the CMAT exam centre by the reporting time. Check the CMAT Exam Date and Time.
- Cooperate with security staff during the identification process and follow instructions from the invigilator.
- Log in to the computer system only after the announcement.
- Complete the test on time and handover the rough sheet before leaving the exam hall.
CMAT Exam Centre Don’ts
- Don’t reach the CMAT exam centre late.
- Don’t carry electronic items such as a mobile phone, a calculator, a digital watch, an iPad, etc.
- Don’t wear large caps, jackets, clothes with big pocket and accessories with metal, such as belts, hair clips, jewellery, etc., to the exam centre.
- Do not carry eatables, bags or valuables as such items will not be allowed inside the exam centre.
