SIBM Bengaluru offers 2 years full time UGC recognized MBA, MBA-Business Analytics, MBA-Quantitative Finance and Executive MBA programmes at its campus with wide range of specializations. MBA Admission 2025 at SIBM Bengaluru is open. The admission to SIBM MBA programs is through SNAP Test conducted by SIU Pune. The institute does not accept score of any other exam for admission.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program Highlights
The two-year full-time residential MBA is the flagship programme of SIBM Bengaluru, spread across four semesters and offering specialisations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Operations. The structure of the programme is designed to give students the best in industry exposure and a nurturing classroom environment, to help them become the leaders of tomorrow, in the specialisation of their choice.
SIBM Bengaluru offers Technology Integrated Pedagogy which starts at the Pre Induction programme level and continues till the completion of the evaluation process. The tools /methods which are used to implement this practice include Harvard Business School Cases and Simulation, Moodle Learning Management System, Technology related Courses in the Curriculum, Online Learning and Teaching (OLT) Software, In House Cold Call Software, Flipped Classroom. SIBM Bengaluru has site licensing agreement with Harvard Business School Publishing. It Provides access to Harvard Online Harvard Case collections and Simulations and other reading materials. Integrated Learning Management System using MOODLE, KOHA and Use of E-databases like CMIE Prowess, Proquest, Emerald, JSTOR, Ebsco, Frost& Sullivan etc.
On successful completion of the programme, students are awarded MBA degree from Symbiosis International University (SIU).

Admissions
SIBM Bengaluru Admission Process is designed keeping in mind that best talent should join the institute. SIBM’s selection process assesses not only intellectual readiness in terms of academics but also considers work experience, extra-curricular activities and aptitude that are aligned with the Institute’s mission of influencing managerial practice and promoting values-based growth. SIBM Bengaluru Admission process is divided into four parts – Application submission & Taking SNAP exam; Shortlisting, PI round and final selection.
SIBM Bengaluru MBA – Admission Process
The step by step process for admission to MBA programme at SIBM Bengaluru is as follows:
Step 1: The candidate must apply and appear and score the minimum required percentile in SNAP Test
Step 2: Along with submitting application for SNAP exam, candidates should register and apply for admission to SIBM Bengaluru by paying additional registration fee of Rs.1000/- per programme through SNAP application form
Step 3: Preserve the Admit Card of SNAP Test for further selection process at SIBM, Bengaluru Appearing for SNAP Test does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in SIBM, Bengaluru selection process
Step 4: SIBM Bengaluru Shortlist Criteria is based on SNAP exam score. For MBA admission, every year SIBM Bengaluru shortlist criteria is announced. Shortlisted candidates are called for GE-WAT-PI Round from among the candidates who have a valid SNAP score, who have applied for admission to SIBMBengaluru and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme
Step 5: The final admission round in SIBM Bangalore MBA selection process will be held separately at SIBM Bengaluru campus
Step 6: After the GE-PI-WAT round, final admission offers will be made to successful candidates. Admission offer will be based on the weightage awarded to SNAP score, GE, WAT, PI and institute specific marks. Offer letters will be sent to the mailing address provided in the application form as also by email.
SIBM Bengaluru MBA – How to Apply
Candidates need to register and apply for SNAP exam and in the same SNAP form can apply for SIBM Bengaluru MBA admission. The registration and application fee for SNAP exam is Rs.2250/- and SIBM Bengaluru MBA application fee is Rs.1000/-
SIBM Bengaluru MBA – Selection Process
SIBM Bengaluru will conduct final selection round separately. The components of overall final selection process are:
Group Exercise: The candidates will be given an exercise/activity to be completed in group within specified time. They will be assessed for their communication skills, team working, problem solving ability
Written Assessment Test (WAT): Candidates should complete the essay/topical write up in time. The evaluation will be made on the basis of written communication skills, content, language, grammar, flow of presentation.
Personal Interview – Overall Assessment: The candidates will be individually interviewed by an expert member panel comprising of academicians/ HR professionals/ Operations management experts / corporate executives to assess the overall personality effectiveness, attitude, fitment to the programme, curricular and co-curricular performance, professional achievements, tenure of work experience, its relevance
