- Appear in Acceptable Exams: For MBA HRM XAHR at XIM University will accept CAT, XAT, GMAT,NMAT and will also conduct its own MBA entrance exam X-GMT (XIM General Management Aptitude Test)
- Check Shortlist: Candidates will be short-listed for GD-WAT-PI round on the basis of their sectional and overall scores in the entrance exam after declaration of entrance exam result
- Final Selection: The short-listed candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in entrance exam, GD, Writing Ability Test, & Personal Interview, and will also take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience.
